Your tasks
- As a specialist nurse, you ensure the best possible, patient-centred care and support for paediatric orthopaedic and adult patients based on the nursing process and share responsibility for the department's goals in accordance with the Shared Governance model.
- You carry out the nursing process (including recording services, materials, and care) – supported by the hospital information system KISIM – and are committed to the ongoing optimisation of nursing procedures.
- Within the overarching nursing specialist group, you regularly exchange ideas, pursue continuous professional development, and maintain close contact with the specialist team.
- You are responsible for maintaining nursing quality and for creating or adapting guidelines, standards, and instructions.
- In addition, you instruct and support your team colleagues in the care of children.
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with experience in acute care of children and adolescents.
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
- You are adept at handling changing patient situations.
- You are characterised by conscientious, responsible, and quality-conscious work.
- Your good command of German, both spoken and written, completes your profile.
