Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f)

Your tasks

• Management of accounts payable (recording, posting, payment, archiving and maintenance of master data) in SAP, responsible for the accounts payable of the head office
• Reconciliation of the goods invoice account in cooperation with purchasing
• Planning and coordinating periodic payment runs in a timely manner
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Acting as deputy within the team

Your qualifications

• Commercial basic training or at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Further training in accounting (e.g. as an accounting clerk) is an advantage
• Precise, structured and systematic working method
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Practical experience with accounting software, SAP experience in FI and CO modules
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
• German (native language) and English, both spoken and written
