Apprenticeship as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA

Your tasks:

• Deployment in care in two of our four residential groups
• Supporting our residents in daily life activities, such as personal care, mobilization, or eating and drinking
• Observing and reporting changes in general condition to the daily supervisors
• Assisting with care documentation in cooperation with the qualified professional staff
• Working in shifts while complying with youth protection regulations (early and late shifts, split shifts, and up to two weekend shifts per month)

Your profile:

• Completed secondary school level A
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B1)
• Enjoy working with elderly people
• Sense of responsibility and resilience
• Social competence and communication skills
• Respectful, empathetic attitude towards our residents
• Basic computer skills
