Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Ensuring professional and individual care and support of residents with regard to their biography, needs, and resources
- Responsibility for the entire care process including planning, implementation, evaluation, and careful documentation
- Close collaboration with relatives, professionals, and the interprofessional team and active contribution to high-quality care
- Taking on an important role in key worker care and the opportunity to pass on your expertise in a versatile care environment

- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK accreditation
