About the job

What you can achieve:

• Reception and control of visitors: welcoming, registration and forwarding
• Taking on various administrative tasks directly at the reception / security control centre of our clients
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Conducting inspection rounds on the premises
• Handling technical devices and systems
• Supporting emergency personnel in critical situations
• First intervention in the event of incidents
• Confident and respectful interaction with people in diverse life situations is a matter of course for you

What you bring:

• Strong independence, performance capability and a high sense of responsibility
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion
• High level of empathy
• Very good German and good English skills (good spoken English skills)
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Proficient PC user skills and strong technical understanding
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts)
• Impeccable character (checks of debt enforcement and criminal records)
• Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
• Good physical condition
