Your Tasks
- Customer reception, appointment scheduling, prescription management, practice organisation
- Implementation of medical prescriptions into appointments for patients
- Efficient planning of therapists
- Collaboration with interfaces, e.g. billing, building services, etc.
- Absence management
- Supervision of swimming pool, fitness and sauna
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a health care clerk, office clerk, practice manager, medical assistant, therapist, preferably retired persons
- Friendly, courteous communication style, team spirit and service orientation
- Experience with patient admission and care, good organisational skills
- Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, planning software)
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Reliability, commitment and flexibility, including Saturdays
- Qualification as a lifeguard
