For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Accountant

Your tasks

• Maintaining the accounting of rental properties,
• Ensuring the closing of heating and ancillary cost statements: accounting entries, checking statements, final closings, rebates and adjustments, handling disputes and claims,
• Managing invoices: allocation, entry, payment,
• Ensuring the closing of common accounts,
• Processing monthly, quarterly and annual reports,
• Handling monthly bank reconciliations,
• Being one of the contact persons for accounting for all clients: owners and tenants,
• Managing tenant requests and written complaints, drafting various correspondences.

Profile sought

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate and institutional accounting,
• Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset,
• Autonomous, organised and easy to communicate with clients,
• Ability to adapt activities according to priority tasks,
• Very good command of French.
