Role:
The company operates in the fields of auditing, trustee services, and business consulting. It supports organisations of various sizes with financial, tax, and business management issues as well as entrepreneurial challenges.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the holistic management of mandates in a national and international context and act as the central trusted advisor for your clients.
You coordinate demanding tasks in financial accounting, payroll administration, social security, and tax processing and accompany international accounting issues.
Through your expertise, you ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of mandates and review relevant work results.
You manage interdisciplinary client projects, collaborate with internal specialists, and take on the professional leadership and development of your team.
With your entrepreneurial commitment, you expand the service offering, acquire new mandates, and maintain a sustainable client network.
Qualifications:
A completed higher education in trustee services, finance, or controlling forms your professional foundation.
You have at least six years of solid practical experience and have independently managed complex mandates.
International client relationships and cross-border matters are familiar to you from your previous work.
You convince through leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong customer orientation.
Very good German and English skills as well as solid Excel and IT knowledge complete your profile.
