About the job
To strengthen our team on the therapy ward KJP-2, we are looking for you as of July 1, 2026
Tasks
- Together with a co-leader, you ensure the professional, personnel, and economic management of the therapy ward according to institutional guidelines and goals under medical overall management
- You personally take on case management and lead the interdisciplinary treatment team
- You recruit new employees, support, develop, and qualify your team
- You cooperate closely with other clinics of the PDAG, partner institutions, schools, and possibly outpatient practices and coordinate collaboration with the involved support systems
- You are responsible for treatment documentation and final reports
Profile
- You have a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it, or have an equivalent MEBEKO-recognized qualification or
- You are characterized by very good clinical skills and high social competence
- Initiative, flexibility, and resilience are among your strengths
- You promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapy approaches
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience
