About the job
To strengthen our team on the therapy ward KJP-2, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Responsibilities
- You ensure the professional, personnel and economic management of the therapy ward according to institutional guidelines and objectives under medical overall management
- You personally take on case management and lead the interdisciplinary treatment team
- You recruit new employees, support, develop and qualify your team
- You cooperate closely with other clinics of the PDAG, partner institutions, schools as well as, if applicable, outpatient practices and coordinate collaboration with the involved support systems
- You are responsible for treatment documentation and final reports
Profile
- You hold a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognised qualification or
- You demonstrate very good clinical skills and high social competence
- Initiative, flexibility and resilience are among your strengths
- You promote interdisciplinary work and are open to integrative therapy approaches
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience
