• You take on the professional, organisational, and personnel leadership of your team and ensure that everyday life is well structured, stable, and reliable
• As deputy to the nursing service management, you actively contribute at the leadership level and represent it in all relevant matters during absences
• As a leader, you are close to your team: you accompany, promote, and strengthen employees in their professional and personal development and contribute to an open, respectful, and supportive working culture
• You work closely with interdisciplinary partners as well as the nursing service management and actively bring in your perspective
• Active participation in nursing: alongside your leadership duties, you regularly take on nursing assignments in direct care
• Willingness for on-call duties

What you bring

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH
• Several years of leadership experience in the nursing field is an advantage
• Decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and empathy
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and enjoyment of change processes
