For our Sharing Brasserie Juliette in the Grand Hotel National, where we present classic French dishes with modern accents, we are looking for a
Chef de Partie (m/f/d) 100%
We are proud to serve our signature dishes such as Entrecôte Double Café de Paris, Les Fruits de Mer or the tartare and are looking for a creative mind who not only delights our guests but also wants to grow with us.
This is what awaits you with us:
- Preparation of seasonal, high-quality and creative dishes in sharing style
- Bringing creativity and your own ideas into menu design
- Use of regional ingredients
- Support in organising and conducting events
- Incorporation of storytelling concepts to convey knowledge about our products
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or EBA
- Cooking is your passion, you create with great attention to detail
- Creativity and passion for gastronomy
- Use of regional and seasonal ingredients
- Good organisational and team skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
