Our diverse range extends from croissants, breads and small breads to sweet and savoury baked goods as well as desserts and cakes – all exquisite delicacies.

To ensure our production runs reliably every day, machines and systems must function perfectly. As an operations mechanic, you ensure that our production facilities run reliably, troubleshoot faults and carry out maintenance and repair work. With your technical understanding and manual skills, you ensure that our production runs smoothly.

We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a

Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

Working hours: 5.00 am to 2.00 pm

Your challenges

• Carrying out service and repair work on production, packaging and supply systems
• Independently performing maintenance work within the scope of AA maintenance
• Maintaining and updating service plans as well as technical documentation
• Timely organisation and provision of spare parts for planned and unplanned deployments
• Supporting the training of new mechanics in the team

Your qualifications

• A completed training in the mechanical field (with a certificate of competence or comparable qualification) as well as the willingness to learn new things and develop professionally.
• You enjoy working independently, while also appreciating teamwork and convincing through clear, respectful communication.
• High sense of duty, resilience and flexibility characterise you – even in busy phases you keep a cool head.
• You are familiar with high hygiene standards in a food processing environment and this corresponds to your working style.
• Thanks to your quick comprehension and your interconnected thinking, you quickly recognise relationships and find suitable solutions even in hectic moments.
