Then you are exactly right with us. Around 300 apprentices complete their training with us in 25 different professions. Currently, around 70 young people are learning in the ICT sector.

The Apprenticeship
In the four-year apprenticeship to become a Digital Business Developer EFZ, you actively shape the digital future. Your training begins with a basic year, in which you acquire the most important professional fundamentals. Afterwards, you analyse and optimise digital business processes together with project teams and develop innovative solutions.
In doing so, you work closely with specialists from various areas as well as internal clients. Interest in people, digital technologies, and business management contexts is therefore just as important as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Throughout your entire training, you will be accompanied by experienced practical trainers and optimally prepared for your successful apprenticeship completion.
The Requirements
For the apprenticeship as a Digital Business Developer EFZ, we are looking for secondary school students at level A with good grades in German and English. You are interested in technical trends and digitalisation. You are open to new things, enjoy working with people, like organising, and find presenting easy. Data analysis and preparation, networked thinking, as well as focused work suit you.
