How you make an impact

• You are responsible for the team of 3 employees and coordinate the AHV day centre with around 8-9 day guests.
• You accompany our day guests in everyday life and take on basic care tasks.
• You design and conduct individual and group activities.
• You accompany admissions and discharges as well as trial placements and maintain regular communication with relatives.
• You reliably and carefully maintain the electronic care documentation. In addition, you take on further administrative tasks.
• You work interdisciplinarily with the various departments and promote teamwork.
• You supervise interns as needed and are happy to share your knowledge.

What defines you

• You have a qualification as a registered nurse and possess further training and practical experience as an RAI supervisor.
• You already have professional experience in a day centre or a similar service for people of AHV age.
• Caring for and supporting older people is a matter close to your heart.
• You are creative and bring ideas for varied activation offers.
• You are characterised by an independent and responsible way of working.
• You have good IT user skills. You are solution-, process- and result-oriented and bring a mediating and communicative manner to the team.
