Construction Foreman (m/f) – Burgdorf Region

Our client is a renowned construction company in the Burgdorf region, distinguished by quality and innovation in building construction. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as a Construction Foreman.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for managing building construction projects
• Ensuring and controlling a smooth construction process
• Technical and personnel leadership as well as support of employees on site
• Support and execution of work preparation (AVOR)
• Monitoring compliance with safety and quality requirements

Your profile:

• Completed training in construction (e.g. bricklayer, concrete worker) with further training as a foreman
• Several years of experience in building construction, ideally in a comparable position
• Leadership experience and strong organisational skills
• Team-oriented, communicative and solution-focused working style
• Valid driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
