• Ensuring a smooth production process as well as continuous monitoring of the processes
• Professional and personnel management of several employees
• Planning and coordination of daily tasks and resources
• Control of ongoing orders and initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations or disruptions
• Organisation of maintenance and support with technical issues

• Completed technical or mechanical vocational training
• Several years of experience in an industrial company
• Experience in staff management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
