About the job

Our newest project at Biel station is all about a different kind of fast food. There are burgers, coffee and an in-house shop. The concept is dedicated to system gastronomy & circular economy, working resource-consciously, with local products, transparently and with the highest possible quality.

We want to create a space for people who are on the go and want to pause briefly, enjoy and discover something new. To support our team, we are looking for someone immediately.

Crew member (m/f)

What to expect

• Serving and advising guests at the till
• Preparing food and drinks (including barista duties)
• Preparing and ensuring mise en place
• Adhering to hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Cleaning tasks according to internal guidelines
• Selling merchandise items
• Active collaboration in the team during daily operations

You are

A system gastronomy enthusiast and team player by passion

... and bring with you

• First experience in gastronomy or system gastronomy is an advantage
• German or French, English skills desirable
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (weekends, evenings, night shifts)
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Team spirit and personal responsibility
• Direct, clear and respectful communication
