You don’t just want to manage properties, but to care for and shape them from the owner’s perspective? Then this role might suit you.

For our real estate team, we are looking for an additional personality to support us in managing our own property portfolio. You will take responsibility for the properties entrusted to you and directly represent the interests of the owners.

Especially exciting: Our portfolio is evolving. In the coming years, various new construction projects are planned, where you can actively accompany and help shape the initial lettings.

• Independent management of your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Representation of owner interests towards tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities and other partners
• Letting of residential and commercial properties including examination of rental applications and preparation of rental contracts
• Organisation and execution of viewings, handovers and inspections
• Active vacancy management and ensuring market-appropriate lettings
• Planning, organisation and execution of initial lettings for our upcoming new construction projects
• Accompanying new construction projects from the perspective of future management and letting
• Coordination and control of maintenance and craftsmen orders
• Leadership and coordination of caretakers
• Participation in renovation, renewal and other real estate projects
• Responsibility for budget compliance in the areas of operation and maintenance
• Close cooperation with the departments of projects, renovations and maintenance as well as portfolio management

• Training as a property manager with a federal diploma or currently in corresponding further education (or in training)
• Experience in independent property management
• Experience in initial letting of new construction projects is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in managing properties from the owner’s perspective
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards different stakeholders
• Enjoyment of a varied role and working in a committed team
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence mandatory

With us, you do not manage an anonymous third-party portfolio. You work directly for the owners and thus have the opportunity to accompany decisions and developments around our properties directly.
