Your new tasks

• Independent handling of demanding and complex projects in the field of security systems
• You have technical, financial, and scheduling project responsibility
• Taking over deployment planning as well as organising material resources
• Furthermore, you coordinate collaboration with customers and various contacts
• Supporting the sales team with offer adjustments and maintenance plans
• Developing processes and use cases within the concept and execution phases and translating them into the solution architecture
• As a specialist, you will be able to drive process and change management throughout the entire project cycle
  
  

Your talents and experience

• You have a qualification in electrical engineering (electrician, electrical installer, automation technician)
• Experience as a project manager and knowledge in the field of security systems (access control, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems)
• Experience in IT and network technology is desirable
• Your pronounced analytical skills and experience in developing individual solution concepts distinguish you
• Negotiation skills, reliability, and an independent working style
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written; spoken English skills are an advantage
• Residence in the greater Lucerne area
