For a Spitex organisation in the Bern/Seeland region we are looking for a Team Leader Care (60–80 %) for a permanent position immediately or by arrangement. The role combines administrative and organisational tasks with occasional assignments in direct care.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Lead and support your team in daily work and coordinate the tasks that arise
• Take on administrative and organisational duties related to the Spitex operation
• Stay close to practice and support care and client assistance when needed
• Ensure good information flow and reliable collaboration within the team

You offer your new employer

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in Spitex or initial experience in a leadership role
• Independent, structured and responsible working style as well as enjoyment of organisational tasks
• Driving licence category B
