What to expect with us
- Processing documents for import and export shipments
- Recording and maintaining relevant data in various air freight systems
- Ensuring correct documentation of outgoing air freight shipments in compliance with airline requirements
- Informing recipients of import shipments and issuing the corresponding freight documents
- Irregular shift work between 05:00 and 24:00 as well as weekend assignments
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent professional qualification
- Expertise in air freight handling is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and high resilience
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of MS Office programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Work references and an uninterrupted CV for the last 5 years required
