Your area of responsibility
- Management and ordering of promotional items, materials, business cards, office supplies, sales documents (brochure material)
- Managing and ordering GA-specific printed matter
- Maintaining IT applications and processing cases
- Administrative support in the non-life sector
- Coordination of collaboration between headquarters, general agency, field staff and customers
- Receiving customer calls and welcoming customers in the general agency
- Supporting the field sales team in sales promotion activities
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Creating offers for private and corporate customers
- Supporting the customer advisor in all administrative and organisational matters
- Receiving customer calls and welcoming customers in the general agency
- Appointment scheduling for pension advisors (inbound and outbound)
- Support in sales promotion measures including management of promotional items
- Recording and maintaining data in various Swiss Life applications
Your strengths
- Completed commercial basic training
- Completed VBV training
- Several years of professional experience in insurance or customer service
- Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Numerical and organisational flair
