- Sales responsibility and promotion in Western Switzerland
- Conclusion of supplier agreements
- Budget and sales responsibility, cost responsibility for the assigned cost center
- Organization of the continuous development of structured market information for your sales area
- Responsibility for implementing marketing objectives in your sales area
- Promotion of customer orientation, process orientation, and continuous improvement of all processes in the system
- Updating customer data in the CRM
- Organization and assistance in conducting seminars and training sessions
- Participation in trade fairs as both visitor and exhibitor
- Participation in the Blaser Productivity Trophy
Your profile
- Completed technical training in the field of mechanics
- Knowledge about machines and lubricants in the field of maintenance
- Independent working
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience and talent
- Computer skills
- Driver's license category B available
- Very good German and very good French skills (bilingual is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days
