For our Education Competence Centre, we are seeking, due to a succession arrangement, from 1 December 2026 or by agreement, you as
Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of further and continuing education at a non-university level within the PDAG
- Responsibility for support and methodological/didactic matters as a service provider at a non-university level
- Collaboration in the recording, development and implementation of the training offer in the IT sector
- Support of the Education Competence Centre management in administrative matters.
- Systematic quality review and further development of the existing LMS structures
- Active participation in forums, projects and working groups of the PDAG and the Education Competence Centre
Profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence
- Several years of professional experience in the field of further and continuing education
- Confident command of the German language
- Customer orientation as well as high social competence, characterised by trustworthiness and flexibility
- Networked thinking and handling of complexity in the IT landscape as well as the LMS
- Independent and precise way of working
- Strong service orientation as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Independent and precise way of working
- You are resilient, creative and possess a multiprofessional mindset
