About the job

• Inspection of arrival, remaining and departure rooms
• Daily allocation of room attendants and porters to the respective floors
• Leadership and supervision of employees on the floor
• Inventory management such as material storage, bed storage, guest depot and lost & found
• Management of guest depots and the lost property list
• Management of the guest file with special requests
• Maintaining personal contact with our guests
• Inspection of public areas, terraces and the outdoor pool
• Forwarding technical defects and faults to the responsible department
• Flower care
• Assistance with various inventories such as crockery, glasses and laundry
• Assistance with updating and complying with LQA standards
• As part of your internship, you will also support housekeeping with professional room cleaning according to our internal standards and guidelines, mainly during split shifts

• You are in training at a Swiss hotel management school
• You have a flair for luxury hospitality as well as a strong sense of order and cleanliness
• You have an eye for the big picture as well as attention to detail
• You convince through teamwork, assertiveness and flexibility
• You have a high service awareness
• You have very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
