Polymechanic CNC Cylindrical Grinding with Process Optimisation
Tasks
- Set up, program and operate Studer S31 and S41 CNC cylindrical grinding machines
- Grind individual parts and small series with high quality standards
- Select and set up clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters
- Ensure dimensional accuracy including form and positional tolerances according to drawing
- Optimise grinding processes regarding cycle time, surface finish and tool life
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ Manufacturing or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, preferably on Studer S31/S41
- Independent and precise working style with a focus on quality
- Team-oriented, reliable and motivated personality
