Accounts Receivable Clerk (80–100%)

Your main tasks:

- Invoicing & Collection: Independent handling of invoices, dunning, and payment transactions in the banking mandate
- Process Optimization: Analysis, improvement, and implementation of system and process adjustments
- Customer Support: Handling inquiries, complaints, and contracts as well as training employees
- Reconciliations & Monthly Closings: Performing monthly closings, clearing open items, and various internal reconciliations
- Contract Management: Creation, modification, and maintenance of contracts in the banking mandate

Your profile:

- Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ). Experience in accounting is a plus, but motivated career changers are welcome
- Work Experience: At least 1 year, also motivated recent graduates with an interest in numbers and processes
- Language Skills: German (native), English fluent, basic French
- IT Skills: Confident in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Competencies: Affinity for numbers, attention to detail, logical thinking, teamwork, resilience, and customer orientation
