Clinique CIC Suisse currently operates in two clinics, located in Clarens and Saxon.

To strengthen its team, Clinique CIC Suisse is looking for a:

Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) 80% - 100%

Main tasks:

• Support the patient in all daily life activities and provide care.
• Perform medical-technical acts under delegation.
• Monitor and analyse patients’ vital signs.
• Prepare and administer medications.
• Carry out dressing changes according to established protocols.
• Respect general and specific infection prevention measures according to the procedures used in the institution.
• Participate in various tasks related to maintaining the patient’s environment.
• Properly document the electronic care record.

Required profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health and Care Assistant.
• Experience in surgery or willingness to acquire this experience.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
• Aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Good listening and communication skills with patients, the team, and doctors.
• Patience and empathy.
• Ability to adapt to changes.
• Respect for professional confidentiality.

Specifics:

• Work in surgery (orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, ...)
• Majority of shifts are 12 hours
• Work during weekdays and weekends
• Mostly daytime work, some nights possible
