Claims Handler Personal Injury UVG / KTG

About the job

For our clients, you are the competent contact person in the event of a claim. You independently take on exciting and varied tasks, thereby making an important contribution to our high service quality.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of claims in the area of personal insurance (UVG, individual accident and daily sickness allowance insurance)
• Responsible for all activities in case processing from receipt of the claim notification to claim settlement
• Advising and supporting the insured persons as well as monitoring medical treatment
• Legal assessment of coverage and recourse issues, issuing of decisions
• Settlement of claims
• Contact person for customers and brokers
• Contacts with lawyers, doctors and experts

Your skills

• Commercial basic training EFZ
• Professional experience in the area of personal injury case processing
• Initiative and dynamic personality with quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
• High service orientation and customer focus
• Communication skills and social competence
• Very good oral and written expression in German, French and/or Italian is an advantage
