To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dedicated and responsible individual as:

Team Leader Facility Management | 80-100%

Area of responsibility: lead, get involved and further develop

• Leading a team of around 10 employees in the areas of technical services, cleaning, and laundry.
• Organising the daily work routine, coordinating deployments, and ensuring smooth and safe operations together with the team.
• Active participation in day-to-day business – alongside coordinating and organisational tasks.
• Maintenance of the building and technical systems as well as coordination of maintenance, inspections, and external service providers.
• Optimising processes, monitoring structural and technical maintenance as well as investments, and promoting good collaboration.
• Assuming the role of safety officer.
• Taking on on-call and special duties as part of this varied field of activity.

Expertise, leadership skills and commitment:

• Completed basic technical training, for example as an electrician, in building technology, as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence or at a higher technical college level, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in a comparable role as well as enjoyment in leading and developing employees.
• Completed safety officer training or willingness to complete it.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical or building control technology.
• Organisational skills, independent working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Empathetic, appreciative and communicative personality with a strong service orientation.
• Willingness for on-call and special duties as well as a category B driving licence.
