In this position, you take responsibility for exciting projects in the painting trade. You independently organise the construction site processes and support team development on site. To strengthen our client, we are looking for a
Painter – Project Manager with Leadership Skills
Tasks
- Acquisition and independent handling of painting projects
- Management and professional development of the team as well as junior staff
- Organisation of construction site processes including material planning
- Preparation of quotations and construction billing
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and expansion of the network
Requirements
- Qualification as a painter EFZ
- Further training in the painting sector such as site manager or project manager for paint
- Strong sense for the development of colour concepts
- Pronounced leadership skills and organisational talent
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and driving licence class B
