We build the machine that makes your gym unnecessary.

Patented TomBot technology, developed and built by a small team. We are not looking for a designer for ticket processing. We are looking for a gifted mechanical engineer with a Bachelor’s degree — someone who thinks in systems, does not discard wild ideas, but builds them.

What you bring

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• You are a strong engineer: concept, CAD, calculation, prototype, assembly — you see it through
• SolidWorks is second nature, sheet metal and pipe design are everyday tasks
• You prefer making decisions rather than maintaining processes
• Confident in German, everyday English

Nice to have

• PDM / 3DExperience
• FEM, kinematics, mechatronic assemblies
• Startup or SME experience where you really had decision-making power

What you are allowed to do here

• Rethink and implement the TomBot mechanics — including ideas that no one has approved yet
• Make and take responsibility for technical decisions
• Work directly with suppliers and assembly, without silos
