Specialist in Land and Lease Law 60 - 80 %
Exciting tasks await:
- Independent handling of enquiries and matters at the heart of the agricultural land market in Aargau
- Implementation of peasant land law and agricultural lease law - both administratively and technically - with a strong advisory component for farmers and other stakeholders
- Support of the head of the specialist department: preparation of decision-making bases, organisation of meetings and representation of the head
- Maintenance and expansion of a versatile customer contact: telephone, written and personal advice, building long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Participation in internal projects to optimise processes, documentation standards and IT-supported workflows
What you bring:
- University of applied sciences or university degree in agronomy or comparable education. Experience in the specialist areas of peasant land law, fiduciary services and legal studies is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a hub function with a broad network of contacts (e.g. authorities, businesses, associations)
- Open and collegial personality with a reliable, customer-oriented working style
- Proactive and implementation-strong action as well as a confident written and oral expression in German
- Affinity for IT tools and advanced MS Office skills
