About the job

At Villa Blau, children from 3 months up to secondary school are cared for and supported in their daily lives. We offer 70 day places in 3 nursery and 2 after-school groups, as well as a lunch service.

From November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a person performing civilian service

You bring:
• Enjoyment in working with children
• A responsible and reliable working style
• Humour, motivation and flexibility to enrich our team

Your duties include:
• Assisting with the care of children in the nursery and after-school club
• Supporting the educational professionals in daily routines
• Domestic tasks and cleaning
• Assisting with minor repairs as well as maintenance and grounds work

• Participation in the annual team outing

The minimum duration of the placement is 4 months.
