We are looking for an Order Handling + SAP Master Data Expert – 80-100% (m/f/d) to strengthen our expertise in order processing and SAP master data management at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions. Digital Solutions drives the digital transformation within Endress+Hauser and supports our customers and colleagues worldwide with intelligent, connected solutions that make processes more efficient and sustainable.

In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape order processing and SAP master data management and create sustainable added value. As part of Digital Solutions, you take on a central role in managing the entire order process – from entry to delivery – and ensure smooth collaboration between all relevant internal departments. You drive the establishment and further development of master data processes and are an important contact person for key and end users in dealing with SAP.

What tasks will you undertake?

You will:

• Record and process customer orders in the ERP system (SAP)
• Check order data including prices, delivery times, and material availability
• Ensure coordination with internal departments such as purchasing, production, logistics, and sales
• Monitor the entire order process from order receipt to delivery
• Create reports and analyses on order status, lead times, and bottlenecks
• Take responsibility for SAP Master Data Management
• Establish, document, and continuously develop master data processes
• Train and support key and end users in handling master data processes

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Bring at least 5 years of professional experience in order processing
• Have experience in cross-departmental collaboration with various stakeholders
• Possess solid ERP knowledge in SAP (MM/SD/PP)
• Have pronounced organisational skills to implement multiple tasks on time and efficiently
• Convince with strong communication skills, social competence, teamwork, and assertiveness
• Bring problem-solving skills for delivery date changes, shortages, and complaints
• Are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
