Head of Intralogistics Multi-Sites

About the job

• You are responsible for intralogistics (warehouse & transport) at the main site in Thun.
• You lead and develop your team of around 16 employees and 5 apprentices at 4 locations.
• You control and optimize warehouse processes – from storage to retrieval – and ensure a smooth material flow.
• You ensure efficient transport and material flow processes while paying attention to quality, punctuality, and cost control.
• You are the interface to our internal and external customers and partners.
• You manage logistics at our other locations (Zweisimmen, Aigle, Bern); ensuring that processes, standards, and quality guidelines are implemented uniformly at all sites and coordinating collaboration between locations as well as with internal departments and external partners.

• You have completed a basic EFZ training (logistics specialist or a comparable qualification)
• You have further training as a logistics specialist or similar further education
• Additional training as a certified logistics manager or supply chain manager with a federal diploma is a plus
• You have at least five years of experience leading teams in a logistics environment
• Fluent in German; it is an advantage if you can also communicate well in English or French
• Experience in project management and taking on responsibility is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland is expected
