Your tasks as
Account Manager Telesales (m/f/d)
In your role as Trade Account Manager Telesales, you are an active seller on the phone – with real influence on your sales. You look after existing customers, acquire new customers, and use every conversation to identify cross-selling potentials, place campaigns, and win back lost customers. You work in a structured manner, document consistently in Salesforce, and actively close every sale.
Your role with us as Account Manager Telesales
You sell our products by phone and in writing to existing and new customers in your assigned area – and actively bring lost customers back on board
You independently identify and acquire new customers in your area, actively expanding your customer base
You recognise cross-selling and upselling potentials and ensure that our customers order from us regularly
You keep your customer data in Salesforce always up to date and ensure seamless documentation
As the interface between field sales, customer care, and logistics, you ensure smooth processes and actively advance promising opportunities
With your sales success, you create real added value – for your customers and for CWS

You are able to recognise the needs of our customers and translate them into first-class solutions.
You bring proven experience in telesales, outbound call centres, or inside sales – ideally in a professional B2B call centre environment
Telesales – putting on the headset and actively calling customers, selling and convincing them, really brings you joy; rejection does not throw you off course
You work confidently with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system and maintain your data consistently and without prompting; good MS Office skills complete your profile
You are a motivated, sales-oriented personality with high self-motivation – you set goals, pursue them consistently, and are not discouraged by setbacks
You communicate convincingly and engagingly on the phone, handle objections professionally, and are confident in written correspondence; the main working language is German – French and/or Italian are advantageous
