- Develop and optimize cutting data for FRAISA tools and analyze existing data.
- Coordinate and evaluate machining trials while planning resources effectively.
- Manage material database and monitor technological advancements in machining.
Skills
- Technical education (Polymechanic or similar) and engineering degree preferred.
- Experience in CNC machining technology and project management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in German and English required.

Your Tasks
- Development, optimization, and maintenance of cutting data for all FRAISA tools including documentation, archiving, and analysis of existing data in ToolExpert as well as benchmarking with market competitors.
- Preparation, coordination, execution, and evaluation of machining tests including deriving relevant conclusions and supporting the planning of machine and personnel resources.
- Provision of target cutting data for new tools based on specifications as well as planning, execution, and evaluation of validation of new products.
- Further development and maintenance of the material database, analysis of new materials, and monitoring technological developments in the field of machining.
- Planning and conducting workshops, technical presentations, and internal training sessions as well as active support in customer seminars.
Your Profile
- Technical basic training (polymechanic level E or equivalent)
- Engineering degree from a university of applied sciences (mechanical engineering or equivalent)
- Experience in machining technology (CNC milling)
- Programming skills in Python or similar programs are an advantage
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- CAD-CAM knowledge is an advantage
- Languages: German C2 and English B2
- Good communication skills
