Tasks
At our Center for Social Affairs, you will not only work in the office - you are part of a dedicated team that contributes daily to the clientele of our municipalities. During your training, you will gain diverse insights into the areas of Administration, Social Counseling, and Professional Guardianship and take on responsibility early on.
This is what you can expect from us:
- Varied office work: Mail processing, writing emails, creating documents
- Organization: Coordinating appointments and shaping processes
- Reception and customer contact: Providing friendly information and assistance at the counter or by phone
- Practical everyday life: Working with real relevance to people's lives
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma B or C
- Interest in working on the computer
- Enjoyment of contact with different people
- Good written and spoken expression in German
- Responsible and reliable personality
- Team player, independent, and good manners
- Enjoyment of the foreign language English (part of the school), in the professional context the foreign language is hardly used
- Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
Offer
Step by step, you will be accompanied by your practical trainer and the entire team. In August, your training begins with an introductory week. In this week, you will meet all the other trainees starting at the various locations of the Center for Social Affairs. Our locations are near SBB.
