Plumber with Leadership Experience and Customer Focus
Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of the plumbing service team
- Support and expansion of a demanding customer portfolio through service contracts
- Optimisation and planning of resources, routes, and on-call duties
- Calculation of service quotations and monitoring of material procurement
- Ensuring high service quality and compliance with occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed EFZ basic training with extensive experience in plumbing service
- Proven leadership skills in the service sector
- Strong quality awareness and good negotiation skills
- Responsible, reliable personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Confident command of the German language and a valid category B driving licence
