Your role within our house:

• You welcome and advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele when purchasing branded watches, as well as jewellery and precious stones, offering a premium service.
• You build, develop and foster customer loyalty.
• You are an ambassador of a brand, analysing and managing quantities and ensuring a presentation that enhances the product.
• You manage data using the Salesforce management system, ensuring its quality.
• You handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as emails, after-sales service management, inventory, transfer and receipt of goods.
• You ensure flawless information flow between colleagues and actively support them.
• You keep up to date with trends and attend training to stay at the forefront of the key disciplines of your profession.

Your profile:

• You are passionate about watchmaking and have an affinity for jewellery.
• You have several years of experience in selling watch products, in premium services or luxury hospitality.
• You possess a keen sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
• Ideally, you have completed training as a Retail Manager (CFC) in sales consulting in jewellery/watchmaking.
• Your mother tongue is French, you have excellent command of English, and any additional language would be an asset.
• You are comfortable managing IT systems.
• You stand out through your professional rigour and attention to detail that makes a difference for our clientele.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit and flexibility.
• Your appearance is neat and professional.
