We are looking for an intern in Digitalisation, Optimisation & Standardisation in Special Product Manufacturing Work Preparation (m/f/d) to complement our team and actively shape the digitalisation and continuous improvement of our processes in special product manufacturing. The aim of the internship is to analyse complex technical processes, optimise them, and develop them further in the long term through digital solutions and automation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience at the interface of production, data management, and process optimisation, while directly contributing to the future viability of our special product manufacturing. You will work closely with experts from work preparation, production, and other departments and be part of a dedicated team.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- contribute to the standardisation and optimisation of master data processes and further develop uniform standards for data maintenance
- develop and improve methods and concepts to sustainably ensure the quality and consistency of SAP production master data
- analyse, document existing workflows and processes, and identify potential for efficiency improvements
- evaluate and analyse data to check the quality of manual data maintenance and highlight improvement potentials
- collaborate on the further development of the process for handling special product manufacturing orders and actively shape future solutions
- develop and implement automations to simplify recurring tasks and make workflows more efficient
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are studying Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable course of study
- are interested in process optimisation, data analysis, as well as digital and automated solutions
- work analytically and in a structured manner and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
- have a basic understanding of structured software development and common development processes; practical experience is an advantage
- communicate very well in German and ideally have knowledge of SAP R/3
- convince through responsibility, a high willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and an independent working style
