Your Tasks

• Operational management of the school unit in organisational, administrative and financial matters together with the two co-head teachers
• Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
• Promoting and securing school and quality development
• Representing the school internally and externally
• Collaboration with the school board, the education management, the school heads in Winterthur, and the management of school care

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership and professional experience in an educational environment, ideally with school management experience
• Completed or advanced school management training
• Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary school level
• Ability to become effective quickly in a demanding school organisation, set priorities, maintain an overview and implement tasks efficiently
• Calmness and solution orientation when dealing with challenging situations
• Strong flair for organisational and administrative tasks as well as a swift and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, respect in dealing with various stakeholders, and a participative, clear and decisive leadership approach
