• You support the Head of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in all tasks related to accounts payable management
• Furthermore, you independently manage several accounts payable ledgers and post incoming and outgoing payments both electronically and manually; you clear accounts, i.e. clarify and process payment discrepancies, maintain master data of customers and suppliers, and reconcile transit accounts.
• Within the VINCI Energies Switzerland group as well as in contact with customers and suppliers, you are also responsible for enquiries, clarifications, and general correspondence in German and English.

• After completing your commercial basic training, you have already gained 2 to 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting and ideally furthered your education in this field.
• You apply your IT user skills, especially MS Office and SAP, as well as your good English skills routinely and with pleasure in daily work.
• As a resilient, well-organised, and service-oriented personality, you enjoy working independently and proactively find suitable solutions.

Our department, which is part of the Shared Service Center Zurich and supports several ETAVIS companies, is responsible for numerous tasks in finance and accounting and consists of 9 employees: 1 department head, 3 financial accountants, as well as 1 team leader and 4 clerks for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
