Trust Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You manage diverse trust mandates and support our clients in accounting, tax and business management issues
• You lead and review financial and payroll accounting and ensure high quality in mandate processing
• You prepare VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• You maintain long-term client relationships and communicate clearly, reliably and on an equal footing
• You actively contribute to the further development of existing mandates and the acquisition of new client relationships
• Depending on the mandate, you also work directly on site with clients and appreciate personal exchange
• You naturally use digital tools and support modern, efficient and future-oriented trust advisory services

What makes you successful

• You hold a Swiss federal diploma in trust services, a Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting, a Bachelor of FH in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, or you are in training for one of these
• Ideally, you already have several years of practical experience in the trust sector and understand the needs of SMEs, entrepreneurs and business owners
• You work in a structured, reliable and pragmatic manner – even when it gets more intense during closing or tax periods
• You think ahead, recognise connections and seek practical solutions for our clients
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, and enjoy direct client contact
• You enjoy digital processes, modern trust solutions and a working style that is continuously evolving
• You appreciate a team that works together with strong expertise, collegiality and solution orientation
