To help them perform their job even more efficiently, we need support immediately or by arrangement in the following areas: What you’ll be doing Your main tasks include: Professional and personnel management of a team, including coaching, onboarding and performance evaluation Acting as a role model – clear communication, employee development and change management Co-designing and implementing efficient processes as well as the implementation of innovative solutions and strategic visions Contact person for complex technical issues and involvement in day-to-day business Planning, coordination and control of team activities to achieve excellent customer service Responsibility for achieving defined performance indicators and quality standards Close cooperation with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control, Finance, Audit and Shared Services You will report to the Head of Operations Switzerland. What you’ll bring We are looking for someone who has the following knowledge and skills: Completed training in the field of insurance or general economics, as well as appropriate further training.
