Your tasks
- Direct coordination with the regions for scheduling and introduction development
- Support of the regions in the application of the system in daily business
- Independent planning and implementation of the system introduction in the regions
- Ensuring practical, needs-based training
- Building sustainable system use through targeted follow-up support
- Creation and maintenance of training materials
- Coordination of 1st and, if applicable, 2nd level support in cooperation with IT and/or external providers
- Continuous support of users in productive operation
- Ensuring data quality through plausibility checks and automatic verification mechanisms
- Close coordination with project management for rollout planning and status alignment
- Travel mainly in the Western Switzerland region
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in training and supporting employees in the use of time recording systems
- Very good communication skills as well as experience in creating e-learnings and training materials
- Team player, problem-solving oriented, and a structured way of working
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as knowledge of French are required, additional languages are an advantage
- Very good Office user skills
