Available immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a

• Professional advice to customers at the counter and by telephone
• Providing address information
• Registration and mutation management using Loganto software
• Maintaining the resident register
• Issuing identity cards and certificates
• Handling all tasks arising at the counter
• General correspondence
• Participation in apprentice training

• Completed commercial administrative apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in resident registration
• Confident German and good spoken English skills
• Good IT user skills
• Organisational flair
• Friendly and professional demeanour even in hectic situations
• Resilient and flexible
• High sense of responsibility and discretion
• Team-oriented personality with good manners and a neat appearance
