As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of day-to-day operational HR tasks. You will coordinate HR data and manage administrative responsibilities throughout the entire employee lifecycle. With your attention to detail and structured approach, you will help ensure that our HR processes are efficient and compliant. This role requires strong administrative and commercial skills, enabling you to actively support the People & Culture team in delivering outstanding HR services.
As an HR Services Assistant , you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, particularly in the following areas:

Specific Responsibilities
Your Tasks:? You oversee the administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding of international staff, ensuring both efficiency and accuracy.
? You keep digital personnel records up to date and manage promotions, contract changes, and amendments with diligence and precision.
? You ensure smooth coordination with all payroll-related matters.
? You support the management of social security processes, interactions with RAV/UNIA, work permits, and the tracking of absences.
? You work with existing processes and checklists to ensure accurate and error-free data management.
? You assist with internal communications and HR reporting to support transparency and efficiency.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
? A commercial qualification (or equivalent) and an HRSE certification as an HR Assistant.
? Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and best practices in HR administration – you’re a true professional.
? Proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English (C1) – ensuring our international team is always well informed.
? Strong affinity for digital tools and HR software (experience with Abacus is a plus), and advanced Excel skills.
? A structured, detail-oriented working style and a strong service mindset.
? The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm and focused in a dynamic environment.
? A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
